PSI100 is a preventive puncture protection solution that effectively seals air leakage the moment it occurs and thus ensures a constant air pressure for better tire and fuel economy as well as traffic safety.
Avoid downtime and repair costs
A puncture is not only expensive to repair, it also often involves significant indirect costs such as downtime and lost production, damaged rims and destroyed tires. In addition, a puncture often comes with the risky repair work exposed to traffic. All the above problems are prevented with PSI100.
PSI100 Transport seals significant punctures on and adjacent to the tread, up to 15mm as well as dry cracks and pores. The seal becomes strong and durable during the tire life span.
Better fuel economy and less tire wear
Correctly calibrated tire pressure is important for fuel economy and tire wear. Incorrect tire pressure, often as a result of micro cracks or air leaks create increased friction between the tire and the road surface. Industry tests show that for every percent loss of air pressure, wear increases by the corresponding degree. That is a tire running at 7 PSI where 10 PSI is recommended wears 30% faster (e.g. 3000 km less for every 10000 km). PSI100 prevents majority of these punctures/defects and creates conditions for a stable tire pressure over time with lower costs for fuel and tire maintenance as a result.
Only few steps to protect your tires
Position the valve
When injecting PSI100, the valve is rotated to the "lower half" of the wheel, towards the road surface. If one imagines the wheel as a dial, the valve should be placed between four (4) and eight (8).
Connect to valve
PSI100 can either be injected directly from the bottle/pump in a tire without pressure, if so the valve needle is removed first. Alternatively, the product can be injected into a pressurized tire through our Quick-fill system.
Inject PSI100

Rotate wheel
Once PSI100 is injected and the desired tire pressure is restored, the wheel needs to be rotated. After a shorter distance, the product is distributed in the tire and activated.
Full protection
The process typically takes a few minutes per wheel. Once completed, you have a strong tire and puncture protection that will last over the life time of the tire.

- Pneumatic Quick-Fill System where PSI100 can be injected into a pressurized tire. That is you are free to install the tire protection solution whenever you want and without having to deflate the tire. Refilling a tire takes a few minutes and the injected volume is accurate thanks to the digital flow meter.
- Eco-friendly without toxic glycols or latex substances. Product is easily cleaned/removed with water.

FAQ
WHEN DO I BEST USE PSI100?
PSI100 is designed to prevent punctures and air leaks in all types of tires. For best performance, the puncture protection solution is injected before the tire is damaged or punctured. Having said that, PSI100 can often be used on an already punctured tyre. If you pump up the tire after injecting it to PSI100 and immediately drive off at a controlled speed, the tire protection will be activated and a seal will be created.
In case of major damage or damage to the tire sides, it is recommended to have the tire checked by a specialist as soon as possible.
CAN I USE PSI100 FOR CAR TIRES?
We do not recommend PSI100 for passenger cars where low-profile tires and high speeds often occur. In some cases, an imbalance may occur. However, PSI100 can be used in emergency situations to get to the tire repair shop for tire repair or replacement.
IS THE PSI100 SOLUTION HAZARDOUS?
No. PSI100 is eco-friendly. The puncture protection solution is developed considering sustainability as well as easy handling. The formula contains neither toxic glycols nor latex products. If the product gets on your hands, skin or splashes in your eyes, it is washed off with water. The product is also not flammable or corrosive.
CAN PSI100 ALSO BE USED IN TIRES WITH TUBES?
Yes. However, it is important to remember that hoses can break in many ways. Large cracks, tears, etc. are not uncommon. If this is the case, the sealing effect is reduced.
WILL PSI100 CREATE A SAFE AND RELIABLE SEAL?
Yes. On the tire tread and the area closest to it, PSI100 will effectively seal punctures and cracks of significant size. The seal formed can be considered permanent, it will not fall off or lose its sealing ability over time. The seal follows the life of the tire.
WILL PSI100 SEAL A DAMAGE ON THE TIRE SIDE?
No. PSI100 is designed to effectively seal damage to the tread, not the tire side. The product can in however often repair minor cracks and pores on the side of the tire that cause minor air leakage.
IS THE AMOUNT OF PSI100 IMPORTANT FOR INTENDED FUNCTION?
Yes, recommended volume is crucial. Different vehicle and tire types have different requierments. Choose the right amount for the vehicle type and tire size based on PSI100 Volume Guide.
WILL PSI100 FREEZE IN WINTER COLD?
No. PSI100 is tested to -35°C. Under that temperature, the viscosity is affected but quickly returns after a while due to the frictional heat created in the tire.
CAN A TIRE BE VULCANIZED AFTER PSI100 IS USED?
Yes. PSI100 is easily washed off with water.
